Jamie Nelson

Musical theatre, Pop, Classical Voice Teacher

Jamie is a graduate of Sheridan’s Honours Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance program. She is both a classical and commercially trained vocalist. Her speciality is diversity, she aspires to train her students to be well rounded artists that can shine in all styles of music. Levels beginner – advanced

Jamie has been trained by numerous Broadway composers and performers; including workshops with Stephen Schwartz (Composer, Wicked, Pippin), Chilina Kennedy (Beautiful), Jenn Colella (Come From Away) & Elizabeth Stanley (Jagged Little Pill) to name a few.

She also has workshopped new upcoming musicals with RWS Entertainment based in New York for productions premiering at the Citadel Theatre in Edmonton for their next season.
